Pawel is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of the Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and has completed his educational training at Centennial College and Ryerson University.

Pawel has over 7 years of clinical experience working at Humber River Hospital as well as at Rouge Valley Centennary, where he supports youth and families who suffer from mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, addictions, traumas and personality disorders. In addition, Pawel also supports patients who demonstrate behavioral concerns such as those who have a history of abuse, conflict, disconnect, bullying, peer pressure, school or work avoidance and/or who suffer from low confidence, self-worth and self-esteem.

Pawel’s eclectic approach blends together many different styles of engagement, such as a Rogerian-Gestalt approach which utilizes person centered therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy and family therapy.
