Alex is a young and passionate Registered Massage Therapist, who strives to provide excellent treatment, centred on patient education. With a background in Kinesiology he has a strong understanding of how the body works, and how injuries can affect our ability to remain active. Alex believes that the most important aspect in improving personal health and wellness is through improving patients' understanding of why and how injuries occur, and how they can be prevented. Alex is committed to providing a safe and effective treatment environment that promotes the patient's overall health.
