I would like to introduce myself and describe the services that I provide which may be valuable to you. My name is Rebekah Hennes and I am a dietitian. I have taught intuitive eating to people with unnatural eating habits for over a fifteen years at the following locations:

•The Eating Disorder Center of California, Brentwood, CA
I have also done phone counseling for the past ten years and am available to work with you online or via phone at a time and place (your home) that is convenient for you. So, when you are ready to move away from the rigidity of meal plans, intuitive eating can provide you with the skills that will enable you to eat in the “real world”. I provide a variety of online services that will assist you in developing an independent and relaxed relationship with food.
