I have been practicing massage therapist for over 15 years implementing treatment orientated massage and relaxation to involve the natural healing of our body needs to recover. I specialize in trigger point and myofascial techniques,bioenergy healing if requested.I teach yoga, meditation practice.I apply sports tape for repetitive injuries to recover which is very suitable to continue working with reduced pain.
