Dr. Lauren Stewart is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario. While obtaining her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Brock University in St. Catharines, she served as the captain of the Women’s Varsity Basketball Team and was named as an OUA second team all-star. She is an avid sports and fitness enthusiast and believes in a wellness approach to healthcare. Her aim is to achieve well-being by restoring optimal function and performance through patient education, spinal manipulation, soft tissue therapy and functional rehabilitation.
