Stefanie is a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 20 years in the field of mental health. A graduate of Jacksonville State University and Mercer School of Medicine, she has a solid clinical background with diversified training in working with couples and families.
Mrs. Hughes is also a certified hypnotherapist. She uses this training to teach clients the value of meditative practices to heal and grow to their best potential. Her work and expertise is well sought after in several venues speaking at over 10 conferences, trainings and workshops to date this year alone.
She works in her private practice in Fayetteville,Ga., as well on other projects such as a relationship blog and podcast called Let’s just get down to it and a Facebook page with videos giving practical tips and advice. Both vehicles are used to promote and advocate for developing healthy, long lasting relationships.
