Jo is an experienced and professionally-trained Yoga instructor. She has been practicing Yoga since 2004.
She has completed her Hatha Yoga Instruction Certificate, which includes Asana, Anatomy and Yoga Philosophy, at George Brown College in Toronto. (RYT 200)
Jo practices yoga as a form of devotion, prayer and self-study, and she understands that the practice is so much more than just physical exercise–it encompasses the entire being, at the cellular, intellectual, and spiritual levels.
As a Certified Fitness Trainer (ISSA), Jo has a strong background in exercise, fitness and nutrition. Most importantly, she finds it is rewarding and uplifting to support her trainees in creating a healthy and active lifestyle.
