Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice is required to avoid being charged full session fee.
No shows: You will be charged the full session fee. 2 NO shows or late cancellations within 90 days will be reason to part ways.
Emergencies: are on a case by case determination by the therapist. If less than 24 hours notice is given; and is an actual emergency; there will be a minimum of one-half hour charged.
All cancellations fees are due before next appointment or within 7 days of the appointement; whichever comes first.
