Bring Living Well to You is a service that allows us to travel to your work site to provide a brief (10-15 minute) activity break. Options include stretching, progressive muscle relaxation, resistance band stregthening and mindful breathing.
Meditation, yoga, and zumba activities are also available. These sessions are 30-45 minutes long and require at least 10 participants.
Scheduling is based on the availability of our Living Well instructors. Please contact acraig7@uwo.ca with requests.
