Lisa Jarvie has been a Licensed Massage Therapist (#001858) since 1998. She graduated from the CCMT in Westport, CT, and has worked at a Spa in Stamford, CT, providing massages and body treatments for the past thirteen years. Lisa has also worked at Griffin Hospital since 2010, providing chair massage to patients, visitors, and staff. Lisa has earned advanced training and certifications in Oncology, pregnancy, reflexology, Trager, Myofascial, Reiki, and Thai massage. In addition to her certifications, she has also earned her Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University and worked as a social worker and Bereavement Counselor and volunteer at Branford Hospice. Lisa’s foundation for her massages is rooted in the Swedish tradition, but she believes that utilizing a variety of techniques helps her clients meet their wellness goals during each session. She joined the Renew Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork staff in 2012, and looks forward to serving the community of North Haven.
