Care for spinal and other musculoskeletal problems with a focus on muscles as well as joints using manipulations, massage techniques and dry-needling acupuncture. We work with clients to return them to function using exercises and understanding their complex problems so that prevention can start at home. I have a special interest in: (1) lymphatic drainage massage for problems that mimick nerve 'pressure' (often migraine, headaches, stubborn neck pain and arm tingling), (2) improving the function of lumbar discs prior to symptoms (3) providing ideal support for the sleeping neck, (4) finding if there are possible multiple of sources of pain that result in failed treatment.
