I believe that everyone has the ability to give voice to the spirit that is within them. Everyone has a different journey to their own internal peace. A peace that consists of a congruency between their head and their hearts. As a Certified Psychodramatist, I have learned the importance of being where the client is on that journey of healing and it is my job to help in their own self discovery. I have worked as an intern at St. Elizabeth 's Mental Hospital in Washington D.C., at Suburban Hospital Behavioral Health Unit in both Inpatient and Outpatient Programs and am in Private Practice full time. I work with all ages in individual, Family, Couples and currently run a Women's Trauma Group. I use a variety of modalities to fit the needs of the client some of which are expressive arts and action methods, psychodrama, psychoanalytic, DBT & mindfulness with guided imagery . I have great respect for those who seek help to help in their healing and personal growth.
