I specialize in helping people repair disturbed relationships, often using ideas from something called "Attachment Theory". Sounds like psychobabble, right? It actually is a highly-studied area of psychology, and I'm currenly learning a type of therapy named ISTDP for short -- or Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy, and it fits very well with the most recent studies of attachment and neuroscience. Don't worry, I study all this stuff so you won't have to -- If you see me for therapy, I'll work with you to challenge old ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving in order to address YOUR issues -- with cutting edge techniques as well as compassion and empathy.
