We are licensed by the NC Department of Health and Human Services to provide DWI services. We also offer services necessary to complete the alcohol/drug assessment and counseling requirements of underage possession of alcohol, open container, possession, paraphernalia, or any charge resulting from alcohol or drug usage.
Second Chances provides Substance Abuse assessments, treatment, and education for individuals, families, and the community.
We also provide services for friends and family members who are struggling with alcohol/drug abuse concerns of someone close. Our services are available in a professional, comfortable, non-judgmental environment where privacy and ultimate wellness are our top priorities.
