After receiving her Doctor of Optometry degree, Dr. Tong pursued her passion in Pediatrics and Vision Therapy. She completed a Residency in Primary Care with emphasis in Pediatrics and Binocular Vision at Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in Florida. During her year of training she gained extensive experience in examining infant and toddlers as well as patients with special needs. She also gained proficiency in diagnosing and treating oculomotor, accommodative, and binocular disorders, strabismus and amblyopia, as well as visual information processing disorders and visual problems secondary to traumatic brain injury.
