I am an intuitive bodyworker, whose primary influences have been Swedish massage, Rolfing integrative bodywork, Tonetti techniques, and Myoskeletal Alignment Technique. Various massage modalities bring many benefits; of particular interest to me is helping people to become ever more able to be their true, free selves in their own bodies, free of physical or emotional pain or other bondages. My prayer is that my time with you will help you get a step closer to that goal.
After an extended time in Chico, CA, I will now be taking new clients in Redding, CA, currently on an appointment-only basis; we plan on expanding soon!
