Dr. Pham graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology in 1996. She went to Southern California College of Optometry and received her Doctor of Optometry Degree in 2001.
After practicing in a wide array of different practices, she set up her practice inside the Sears building and was there for 16 years. Since the store closed, Dr. Pham-Diaz has moved her practice a mile west to Apple of My Eye Optometry. She performs comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, LASIK consultations and health screenings of the eyes.
Her office accepts most vision plans and is open Monday through Friday and every 2nd Saturday. The office accepts walkins, have same day appointments and speaks Spanish and Vietnamese for your convenience.
